We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager specializing in Low-Latency Trading Systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong fintech background, particularly in developing high-frequency, low-latency trading systems. This role involves leading the design and implementation of a state-of-the-art pricing and execution engine and requires a combination of technical proficiency, leadership skills, and a proven track record in managing dynamic engineering teams within the trading system domain.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and deployment of a high-frequency, low-latency pricing and execution engine, ensuring robustness, performance, and scalability.
• Guide, mentor, and manage a team of engineers (10+ staff) specializing in low-latency trading technologies, located in Kuala Lumpur and Singapore.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define and refine project specifications and deliverables, aligning with business objectives.
• Implement and maintain best practices in coding, testing, and deployment processes to ensure the reliability and security of the trading platform.
