Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing end-to-end internal recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and timelines.
• Maintain and update internal hiring records and databases accurately.
• Draft and post job advertisements on relevant platforms, ensuring alignment with company branding.
• Handle correspondence with candidates, including scheduling interviews and providing timely updates.
• Prepare recruitment-related reports and analytics to support decision-making.
• Provide administrative support for onboarding activities to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Collaborate with the HR and operations team on recruitment strategies and initiatives.
• Act as the point of contact for internal hiring queries and provide prompt assistance.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures.

What are we looking for?

• Degree with at least 2 years of relevant working experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple priorities
