About the role

As a Business Support Executive, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, working closely with the Managing Director to keep things running smoothly. Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the Managing Director, including managing appointments, organizing meetings, preparing expense claims, and generating reports.
• Create fee proposals, presentations, and materials for tender interviews.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentation materials for board meetings, while recording accurate meeting minutes for timely distribution.
