· Reporting complaints, problems and discrepancies to the Sales Manager.

Requirements:

· Local NITEC or Higher NITEC (Service Management preferred)

· 1 year experience in Retail industry

· Cheerful with pleasant communication skills

· Comfortable travelling to different outlets islandwide

· Possess Class-3 driving license will be advantageous

· Monday – Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm (may need to work retail hours occasionally)
