Summary of the role

As a Technical Consulting Analyst, you will manage customer relationships, communicate complex Revenue Management and Dynamic Pricing concepts, and ensure customer satisfaction by solving problems and maintaining trust. You will develop business acumen in airline practices, train customers on best practices, and analyze data to provide insightful reports. Additionally, you will identify upsell opportunities, participate in pre-sales engagements, and contribute to internal and team growth by networking.

In this role you’ll / Your main responsibilities:

• Manage and deliver activities related to Revenue Management and Dynamic Pricing.
• Communicate complex concepts to various audiences.
• Anticipate and eliminate any roadblock to customer satisfaction and business adoption, identify and mitigate with your customer any risk on the project delivery, scope or timeline, articulate and justify accordingly the relevant alternatives and remedies.
• Maintain customer trust.
• Understand airline business practices and our capabilities, identify and implement best practices.
• Train customers on best practices.
• Understand and explain the methodology used in our solutions.
• Analyze and present large datasets to customers.
• Develop business adoption roadmaps.
• Identify upsell opportunities.
• Participate in pre-sales engagements.

About the ideal candidate

• Master’s or university degree in business management, engineering, or operations research.
• Experience in the airline industry (preferably in revenue management, pricing, network planning, or sales and marketing).
• Experience in information technology (preferably in travel and tourism).
• Skills in data science and visualization, and operations research.
