Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!
Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!
Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Job description
As a Lead Delivery Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving project success by ensuring timely and high-quality deliveries, nurturing client relationships, and guiding cross-functional teams to excellence.
ABOUT THE ROLE
- Design and oversee detailed project delivery plans that align with client needs and organizational objectives.
- Inspire and lead delivery teams, promoting collaboration and maintaining high performance standards.
- Build and sustain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle.
- Proactively manage risks, identifying potential challenges and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Track and report on project metrics, ensuring transparency and accountability for stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices to optimize delivery processes.
- Partner with sales and pre-sales teams to define project scope and objectives in the early stages.
- Support professional growth by mentoring team members and identifying development opportunities.
ABOUT YOU
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing project deliveries within consulting, technology, or engineering sectors.
- Expertise in project management frameworks, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate diverse teams effectively.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities at all organizational levels.
- Analytical thinker with a solution-oriented approach to challenges.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
- Adaptable, proactive, and energized by a fast-paced environment.
