Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!
Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!
Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Job description
Responsibilities:
Join our Human Resources team as an HR Officer and play a critical role in managing HR operations and supporting organizational growth. In this position, you will handle day-to-day HR processes while contributing to the implementation of policies and programs that drive employee satisfaction and organizational efficiency
- Ensuring People Development by launching performance appraisal/assessment, regular career committee and monitoring employee satisfaction.
- Implementing Company Compensation and benefit.
- Being responsible of Immigration: Immigration policy guideline; foreigner work permit application and follow up.
- Being responsible of employee offboarding: retention, exit and be goal keeper of legal compliance of process, document and communication, leading exit analysis: locals and foreigners.
- Being contact of HR External Supplier.
- HR communication/announcement.
- Contributing to the organization of events and HR projects and Promoting HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
- Providing support to employees in various HR related topics such as leaves, compensation etc. and resolve issues and problems.
- Assisting in development and implementation of HR policies.
- Gathering and analysing data with useful HR metrics for HR reports.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or Law.
- Experience: Proven experience in Human Resources operations, including the development and implementation of HR initiatives.
- Skills:Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
- Languages: Fluent in English; French is a plus.
- Work Style: Independent, well-organized, and capable of multitasking in a dynamic environment.
