Skills requirement Summary

Network

• Solid work experience in IP networking infrastructure including VLAN, routing and NAT.
• Supports network infrastructure implementation including new network switches, Load-Balancers, firewalls.

VMware virtualization

• Implements and supports server virtualization infrastructure, using VMware technologies (vSphere 7/8).
• Performs and supports the full lifecycle infrastructure deployment of the virtualization infrastructure, including testing of new hypervisors, Virtual Switches, Virtual Machine deployment, SAN storage provisioning, integration with Veeam backup.

LINUX administration

• Performs Linux system (RHEL) implementation and troubleshooting including OS setup, account management, network configuration, patch management, application hosting and documentation,
• Supports mostly a Linux environment (RHEL) with a small handful of Windows systems mixed-in.
• Hands-on shell scripting and Ansible.

Storage and Backup administration

• Implements and supports Storage and backup infrastructure, using HPE technologies.
• Solid work experience in Veeam Backup.

• A minimum 5+ years of hands on experience with industry leading network vendor.
• Have experience working in an Telco environment
• Must have customer facing experience
• Must have hands-on experience on multiple vendor equipment but not limited to Nokia -Alcatel Lucent, Arista, Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto.
• Solid understanding of LAN/WAN/TCP/IP/Subnetting concepts.
• Experience in Telco operator in mandatory with strong IP foundations
• Requreid expereince in Service routing (SR)
• Prepare detailed MOP (Method of Procedure) documents for planned network changes in customer platform.
• Execute MOPs on customer platform
• Carry out POCs and tests for our customer

Education Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information Technology /Electrical Engineering or a related field.
