Job Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming queries in a professional and timely manner while providing accurate and detailed information to customers regarding products and services.
- Resolving customer issues, complaints, or concerns with empathy and effective problem-solving skills.
- Documenting customer interactions thoroughly and maintaining accurate records in the database.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, all while upholding a positive and customer-centric attitude.
- Entail performing ad hoc duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a contact center or similar environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment while also contributing as a cohesive team member.
- Attributes such as being self-directed, capable of multitasking, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure are highly valued.
- Demonstrate the initiative to respond to customer needs with a commitment toward service excellence.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications is also required.
