Our client, an insurance company in Singapore is looking for candidates to join their expanding business as a Business Development Executive – Health.
Reporting to the Team Lead, Health, the successful candidate will be part of a team of specialists in Employee Benefits insurance that helps to simplify the products and deliver the protection to the client seamlessly through technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Using digital tools to quote Employee Benefits insurance that comes through our online portal.
- Be the project manager taking charge of the clients’ insurance renewal process.
- Liaising with clients and insurers on policies renewal & new business placement.
- Follow up and be in-charge of sourcing for new quotations and presenting them to prospects in assigned portfolio.
- Doing Premium & Benefits Comparison by analysing the data obtained to propose solutions to clients.
- Answering product-related enquiries from the clients and providing solutions to their issues.
- Conducting Benefits Presentation session.
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Diploma with at least 3 years of relevant experience in Employee Benefits either as Broker Support / Broker in Broking firm or Insurance Company or as a General Insurance Broker.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite i.e. MS Excel (Pivot Table & V-Lookup), Powerpoint, Word.
- Possess BCP, PGI, ComGI, & HI certifications.
