Job Duties:

• Provide secretarial support to a team of senior stakeholders (5-6 pax)
• Handle extensive complex travel management, visa applications, that includes booking of air tickets, hotel room, car transfer, plan travel itinerary, match travel plan with business meeting schedule etc.
• Arrange logistics of tele and video conference calls, and schedule meetings including booking of meeting rooms
• Processing of expense claims and reports
• Generating various daily, monthly, and quarterly portfolio reports
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
• At least 5-10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Secretarial/Executive & Personal Assistant, Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
