Job Responsibilities:
· Managing of end to end recruitment
· Identifying of skill and competency gaps and supporting of talent development
· Review of talent acquisition processes and providing recommendations/improvements to it
· Assist with workforce planning and talent mapping
· Keeping up to date with latest employment rules and regulations
· Completing of weekly and monthly reports
· Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned
Job Requirements
· Minimum Degree in a related discipline
· Minimum 1 years of relevant experience
· Able to start immediately or within short notice
