Key responsibilities

• You’ll will be accountable for driving the entire lifecycle of feature development and delivery.
• Lead as a feature owner, taking charge of feature requirement analysis, estimation for the topic, stakeholder engagement, requirement baseline establishment, and collaboration with technical leads and product owners.
• Provide detailed estimates for work packages in the WBS to facilitate project planning and execution
• Drive the creation of user stories, setting up acceptance criteria’s with Feature files and ensure thorough grooming of requirements for developers.
• Validation of development results, performing end-to-end testing of complete feature with product owner agreement for test cases as well as in validating the results.
• Oversee the feature handover for UAT testing with all evidences of end-to-end testing and including support until delivery to Production.
• Provide ongoing maintenance and support for the existing cash management & reporting applications, ensuring its stability and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects and initiatives.
• Apply Agile and Scrum methodologies to drive project success.

Qualifications and Profile

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, in cash management and reporting domains, with expertise in financial messing standards such as MT940, MT950, CAMT053, MT942, CAMT052, MT910/100, CAMT054, PAIN & PACS.
• Strong expertise in cash management and payment processing, particularly aligned with CBPR+ and SEPA rulebooks.
• Proficiency in SEPA, cross-border and Asia payments types including credit transfer, direct debits and real-time payments.
• Extensive experience with payments processing engines, covering end-to-end processing for high-value payments (HVPS), low-value payments (LVPS) and real-time gross settlement (RTGS) systems
• In-depth knowledge of various banking channels, including accounting processes, reconciliation, settlements and reporting mechanism in global cash management
• Proficient in gathering requirements, possessing excellent documentation skills, and demonstrating effective communication abilities to ensure clear understanding and alignment among stakeholders
• Solid knowledge in creating feature files, ensuring thorough documentation and clarity in specification of development teams.
• Strong understanding of application architecture flow, enabling the ability to grasp the global picture and conduct effective requirements analysis
• Proven experience in leading the design and implementation of complex features and applications.
• Proficiency in Agile and Scrum working methodologies.

Main responsibilities

• Be responsible for managing the software quality assurance functions across the internal project engineering team as well as manage QA team, while ensuring the delivery of high-quality products

Qualifications and Profile

• The position requires a minimum of 10 years of total experience and 5 - 7 years of relevant Test Lead experience with Payment systems and Cash management applications

Functional

• Good knowledge in Payment area like interaction with Clearing, payment file format ISO20022, SEPA and SWIFT. Hands-on experience with such data mapping and testing
• Hands on experience on payment systems and exposure to Payments Hub, Clearing and Settlement, Automated clearing house programs and channels
• Extensive knowledge on various kinds of payment products such as TT, RTGS, LVP, Payroll, Cheque, DD, Cashier Order, Mass & Bulk payments

Job Duties:

· Understanding the BRD and conducting requirement gathering by various means like brainstorming, workshops, Questionnaire and working with different stakeholders of the cash management team like Product Managers (Global as well as In Country), Client Services, Implementation, Operations and Finance.
