Our client is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager (App growth /Digital usage) to drive the growth and success of their mobile app. This role focuses on increasing app downloads, user engagement, and retention through strategic marketing campaigns and collaboration with key teams.
Key Responsibilities:
App Promotion and Growth
- Develop and execute strategies to promote the app and drive downloads.
- Create and implement campaigns to boost app usage and retain users.
- Optimize app visibility through ASO (App Store Optimization) and creative improvements.
Digital Marketing Campaigns
- Plan and run performance-driven campaigns across social media, search engines, email, and app stores.
- Explore new channels and partnerships to attract and engage users.
- Stay updated on the latest app marketing trends and technologies.
User Engagement and CRM
- Use CRM tools to design personalized user journeys to enhance engagement and retention.
- Analyze user behavior to identify areas for improvement and growth.
Performance Tracking
- Monitor KPIs like downloads, engagement, and ROI, ensuring campaign goals are met.
- Provide insights based on app performance data to refine marketing strategies.
Collaboration and Leadership
- Work with product and design teams to enhance user experience.
