Responsibilities
- Support acquisition and marketing campaigns for the bank’s commercial cards to deliver to acquisition goals
- Manage day-to-day operations of the card acquisition process end-to-end.
- Serve as an internal reference for commercial cards product features, operational and technology aspects
- Manage and resolve customer exceptions
- Perform accuracy checks of daily/monthly/adhoc reports
- Handle any other general administration duties and assist in ad-hoc projects as required
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder with at least 1-2 years of relevant working experience
- Comfortable with Microsoft Excel, including experience with formulas and basic functions.
- Knowledge in Payments business, especially credit cards. Experience in a financial institute or in the payments industry is advantageous
- Good analytical, interpersonal skills and problem solving skills with ability to manage stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, independent, self-motivated with good time management
