About the Role:

Key Responsibilities

Application Maintenance and Support (AMS):

• Support the Application Support Manager in overseeing AMS operations.

• Manage incident, release, and change management processes.
• Prepare monthly service reports and assess vendor performance.

Vendor Management:

Project Management:

• Oversee and deliver application enhancements and change requests with vendors or internal teams.

BAU Operations:

• Provide support for applications outside the scope of AMS and participate in disaster recovery exercises.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Technology.
• At least 5 years of experience in application maintenance and support, with a strong focus on vendor management.
• A minimum of 2 years of project management experience.
• Proficiency in ITIL methodologies; ITIL certification is a plus.
• Technical skills, including:Java (version 8 and above), Unix/RedHat scripting, middleware (Weblogic, Tomcat, SpringBoot).
