• Manage the full spectrum of accounts, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger functions.
• Lead the management accounting and financial reporting processes, providing key commercial and operational data to guide decision-making.
• Identify opportunities for process enhancements to improve the efficiency and precision of financial reporting.
• Ensure adherence to tax regulations and reporting obligations for multiple local entities.
• Support the preparation of year-end and statutory financial statements, ensuring compliance with Singapore accounting standards and IFRS.

• Perform monthly reconciliations of bank accounts and promptly resolve any discrepancies identified.
• Oversee the processing of payments to external parties, including conference-related costs and other transactions.
• Handle claims and expense reimbursements, ensuring they are processed and paid on time.
• Contribute to the year-end audit, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
• Take on additional tasks as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and support across various functions.
