Job Responsibilities:
· Provide quotations and handle requests related to motor insurance for our clients and partners.
· Coordinate with insurers' underwriting, processing, service, and support teams for quotations, referrals, and appeals.
· Respond promptly to Salesforce leads and queries.
· Prepare documentation related to completed transactions.
· Address insurance-related inquiries from customers and partners.
· Participate in projects aimed at improving the quotation process through digitalization.
· Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned
Job Requirements
· Minimum Diploma in a related discipline
· Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
· Able to start immediately or within short notice
