Job Responsibilities
Marketing Coordinator for Events and Ads Space
- Reach out to tenants using an existing database
- Handle enquiries, coordinate with tenants and prospective ad space buyers
- Help in the preparation of contracts and quotations
- Coordinate with tenants from the start to the end of the contract
- Oversee installation and teardown of ad materials
- Prepare Status Report
Administrative Support:
- Office maintenance, such as answering phone calls, maintaining office hygiene and supplies
- Handle staff-related matters such as insurance contracts, staff claims, leave records, recruitment
- Managing petty cash
- Assist in processing government claims, subsidies, courses
- Assist the Client Servicing Team:
- Preparing and processing invoices
- Tracking expenses
- Managing clients’ accounts receivable
- Coordinate with clients and suppliers
- Shipping and delivery of items
- Ad hoc research
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Business Administration or Diploma in Business Studies
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Independent and has lots of initiative
