• Reports directly to the Master Scheduler
• Coordinate production workflows in the shopfloor
• Plan and prioritise operations to ensure maximum performance and minimal delay
• Plan a weekly machine loading plan and 3 months forecasted loading plan
• Determine manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand
• Recommend to Master Scheduler on deployment of workers and other staff to meet production and delivery requirements
• Recommend shift schedule to Master Scheduler accordingly to production needs
• Liaise with Purchasing and Suppliers for material deliveries and outsourcing schedules
• Monitor jobs to ensure they will finish on time
• Address issues whenever they arise with the aim of minimal disruption
• Obtain output information (Number of finished products etc.)
• Prepare and submit status and performance
• Collaborate with Quality, Sales, Store, Engineering and other departments to ensure good production flow and coordination
• Manage and train the assistant planners and subordinates
• Any other duties assigned by the Manager

Requirements

• Diploma or further education/certificates is preferred
• Excellent knowledge of production planning and quality control principle
• Working knowledge of MS Office and ERP Systems
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication abilities
• Able to converse in English and Mandarin
• Willing to learn and be a team player

Job Description

• Source and negotiate on purchase related item
• Create PO, purchase and follow up orders
• Provide weekly update and reports
• Matching of purchase document for processing payment
• Follow up with relevant departments and suppliers on purchase related issues

Requirements

• Minimum diploma qualification
• Microsoft Office
• Purchasing experience
• Require basic technical knowledge
• Able to read and speak Mandarin

Roles and Responsibilities

• Verify invoices and matching
• Data entry into ERP System
• Liaising with purchasing team or supplier to resolve discrepancies in professional manner (If any)
• Reconcile supplier statement of account
• Payment processing including data entry into ERP System and Bank Portal
• Maintain & monitor accuracy data for Accounts Payable such as accrual list etc
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Education / Qualifications

• Basic Accounting knowledge is a must
• Experience in Accounting field will be an added advantage
• Meticulousness, good communication skills, multi-tasking and teamplayer is preferred
