We are seeking to hire an Admin & HR Assistant to work at Loyang Drive.
Job Requirements
- Proficient in MS office (Excel, Words) to create own tables for tracking expiries
- Good communication via phone and thru email to liase internally and external parties
- Consistent & neat - be able to maintain good filing records
- Self motivated and proactive to contribute good ideas to organisation to improve on systems
Job Responsibilities
- Assist to apply workers to training courses and maintain good record to ensure renewal before expiry
- Arrange company lorry vehicles to servicing, road tax renewal and towing if breakdown.
- Maintain records and filing of some inventory items assigned.
- To prepare delivery orders for installation/delivery teams and follow up on un-signed copies.
