Key Job responsibilities:
(a) Strategic Scientific Leadership: Define and execute the company’s scientific strategy, aligning it with business and commercial objectives to drive innovation and growth.
(b) R&D and Product Development: Oversee all research and development activities, integrating AI and advanced technologies to accelerate product development and intellectual property and reduce time-to-market.
(c) Commercial Integration: Align scientific and R&D efforts with commercial strategies to optimize product-market fit, drive revenue growth, and enhance competitive advantage.
(d) Partnerships and Funding: Establish strategic partnerships and secure external funding to support R&D and commercialization initiatives.
(e) Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the scientific team, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
(f) Collaborate cross-functionally and across all departments, to oversee, coordinate and provide leadership on non-project initiatives across varied levels of management.
