We are seeking an experienced and dynamic COO to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics, e-commerce, and business development, with a proven track record in operations management, customer experience, and partnership cultivation. This role involves leading cross-functional teams, managing P&L, and driving strategic initiatives to foster growth and innovation.

Responsibilities:

• Lead customer service functions to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and streamline organizational processes.
• Manage business development and partnership teams to build and nurture relationships with clients.
• Oversee product teams in conducting market research and developing shipping products that meet market demands.
• Lead pricing strategies, evaluate models, and collaborate with the finance team on budgeting and financial oversight.
• Drive system integration and CRM implementation

Skills Required:

• Proven experience in business development, customer experience, and operations management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Expertise in CRM systems and system integration.
• Solid understanding of P&L management, strategic planning, and financial oversight.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive innovation.

Qualifications:

• Over 15 years of experience in logistics and e-commerce, with a blend of corporate and start-up environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Experience in leading customer service, product development, and financial management.
