Job Summary
As a Marketing Intern, you will be supporting the marketing team in content creation for INNISFREE social media platforms, marketing collaterals and PR activations. You will also gain hands-on experience in conceptualising and executing marketing activities to drive online engagement and footfall to the stores.
Principal Accountabilities
A. Content Creation
- Create relevant local social media content to increase engagement and presence on social media
- Keep abreast of trends on social media and the beauty industry to optimise content performance
- Design digital collaterals for product launches and promotions
B. Event Planning
- Assist to plan and execute activities during product campaign to drive engagement and footfall to store
- Support in performance analysis and ROI of store events
C. Others
- Analysis of competitors
- Liaising with KOLs/influencers for paid engagements
- Assist in other ad-hoc projects and duties from time to time

- Creativity of content creation
- Timely submission of work and task
Key Experience and Skills
Qualification and Experience
- Experience in creating TikTok content
- Experience in designing digital artwork
- Fresh graduates in marketing / communications / digital media with less than 1 year working experience
Skill Sets
- Ability to create TikTok video content
- Ability to create lifestyle images for Instagram and Facebook purposes
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator software
- Basic data analysis skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Eye for detail and flair for copywriting
