The ideal candidate for this position will be responsible for representing the company's brand as effectively as possible. This will include an acceleration of sales through successful marketing campaigns and developing a strategy to execute all external communications. The outcome of these goals will lead to greater demand for the company's products and services.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective communications to support business needs
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns in line with communications strategy to drive awareness and conversion
- Create marketing assets aligned to customer journey to generate as well as nurture leads and work with and implement campaign execution
- Create scalable processes that ensure best practices in lead generation and database management with internal stakeholders
- Support to develop marketing campaigns and activities to generate leads with the most effective tactics
- Analyze and track digital marketing data and to provide insights to marketing strategy
- Manage paid advertising campaigns across our digital and social media platforms
- Manage conferences and events to sustain our brand awareness in the industry across our presence in exhibitions, conferences, and seminars with coordination between external and internal collaborators
Job requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and Communications or related field of study
- Track record of 3-5 years of experience in a B2B environment in the Asia-Pacific region preferably in a technology related field
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and will be considered for junior role
- Technology-savvy with experience in digital and social media skills especially SEO and SEM campaigns
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills across various levels of stakeholders
- Excellent marketing tactical abilities and campaign management skills
- Enjoy a fast-paced working and learning environment
- Meticulous and detail-oriented in work
- Strong coordination skills, persistence, creative problem solving and self-motivation
- Able to travel and work across the region
