Job Responsibilities
· Manage and perform necessary maintenance on buildings and facilities
· Support and participate in the process improvement and technology enhancement projects.
· Carry out periodic inspections to evaluate the maintenance to identify necessary corrective and preventive measures and actions.
· Assist the Safety officer for emergency and routine service
· Oversee and manage the appointed contractors to ensure their conformance to the required standards
· Supervise the inventory management of medical and non-medical supplies to ensure adequate supplies to meet operational requirements
· Responsible for administrative duties, license renewal, including developing and maintaining operating procedures, verifying invoices, monitoring expenses and assisting in budget exercise
· Participate as member of the in-house Safety Committee
· Ensure that the facilities comply to workplace safety standards
· Participate in the implementation of Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) framework
· Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
· Diploma/Degree in Environmental Sustainability or Engineering
· Effective communication skills
· Team player with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel.
· Knowledge of global environmental reporting and disclosure standards
· Prior experience in facilities or environmental fields will be advantageous
