The incumbent will manage the local IT team in supporting Amundi Singapore and its subsidiaries. He/She will support the Head of IT Asia to build a global IT support for Asia region.
Key Responsibilities
a) Business Application
- Manage and organize business applications, projects and developments (local and global)
- Provide second-line support for all business applications and systems
- Supervise global rollout of applications (UAT, Go-live follow-up)
- Provide business insight and technical expertise across the different sites and continuously look for improvement opportunity within the team, processes and procedures
- Supervise and communicate to users on daily activities, including production issues, project delivery.
- Organize regular meetings with user teams and Chief Operating Officer South Asia to review and prioritize pending requests.
- Participate in Business Analysts’ meetings (Amundi Paris) to review requests and help to prioritize (Jira tickets)
- Organize regular user-training sessions
- Manage access rights to applications (AMstore) and review them periodically.
b) Governance
- Document and implement IT policies and procedures.
- Manage changes in the development and implementation of regional and global applications and IT systems
- Actively manage IT Risks in accordance with the Group's Risk framework across the region. In particular, ensure risks are properly evaluated, recorded and mitigating action plans are monitored through to completion.
- Prepare regular reporting on regular activities in addition to projects.
- Document minutes for all meetings
- Prepare audits and regulatory requests (MAS/SC/SEC notices and guidelines, CISO requests)
c) Service Delivery Management
- Proactively communicate incidents to APAC colleagues. Help with the analysis and resolution. Document (JIRA). Escalate if necessary.
d) Vendors management
- Supervise vendor relationships and any outsourced services and staff. Manage SLA's/KPI's and commercial constraints.
- Prepare and maintain “OES” (Outsourced External Services) documentation
e) Staff management
- Manage the South Asia IT team.
f) Budget and cost
- Manage the regional IT budget, prepare and controll the overall IT cost.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will need to possess excellent interpersonal skills to handle users’ requests and good technical capabilities to support the wide range of applications running on the AMUNDI Global Platform (Front Office, Trading, Middle Office, Risk, Compliance, Finance etc).

- Good IT experience of IT Risk Frameworks and governance methodologies (COBIT/ITIL etc.)
- Good project management skills
