AN Digital Lock is a leading provider of digital door lock solutions, dedicated to ensuring the security and convenience of our customers' homes and businesses. We are currently seeking a Customer Service Officer to join our dynamic team.
**Responsibilities:**
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and issues related to digital door locks.
- Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and technical support.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in Microsoft Excel.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
**Requirements:**
- Patient and attentive to details to effectively address customer needs.
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers in a professional and helpful manner.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data entry and record-keeping.
- Knowledge of digital door locks or similar products is a plus.
- Prior customer service experience is preferred.
**Working Hours:**
- 5 days a week with OFF days on Tuesday and Wednesday.
- Required to work on weekends and public holidays.
