2. Identifying potential customers and projects, initiate customer visits

3. Prepare sales proposals, quotations and contracts (Labour Supply)

4. Follow up and engage in negotiations with customers while ensuring compliance to Company pricing policies.

A site supervisor is an employee whose responsibility is to control and manage the construction site. Other duties are as follows-

1. Monitor the production/performance of the workers.

2. Providing technical/Engineering support to the work site.

3. Prepare the daily report and inform the management.

Job Duties

• Monitoring daily communications and answering any queries.
• Preparing statutory accounts.
• Ensuring payments, amounts, and records are correct.
• Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers, and journals.
• Recording and filing cash transactions.
• Controlling credit and chasing debt.
