Roles and Responsibilities:-
· Handling admin duties, answering phone calls, filing and other office
duties assigned.
· Provide admin support for tender documents submission.
· Renew general insurance coverage for projects.
· Attend to MOM matters.
· Preparing of invoices, purchase orders, delivery orders and banking transactions.
· Liaising with Forwarders on in-coming shipments.
· Co-ordinate with Contractors at site of delivery and other related
documents and activities.
· Apply work sites Pass when needed.
· Any other duties as assigned by Managers.
Requirements :-
· Experience as an office administrator or relevant role.
· Fluent in Mandarin.
· Competent in MS office, Power Points and Excel.
· Competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision, self-motivated and trustworthy.
