R&D Executive
Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and innovative R&D Executive to join our team in the manufacturing of dairy products. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in developing new products, improving existing formulations, and ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Development: Lead the research and development of new dairy products, including formulation, testing, and scale-up processes.
- Quality Improvement: Analyze and enhance existing products for taste, texture, shelf-life, and nutritional content.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all products comply with relevant food safety and quality regulations, including labeling and nutritional guidelines.
- Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, consumer preferences, and opportunities for new product development.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production quality assurance, to ensure successful product launches.
- Monitoring: Oversee the unstuffing of incoming cargo for urgent usage, ensuring timely availability of materials.
- Trial Samples: Ensure that trial samples meet the required specifications of customers before proceeding with production.
- Raw Material Testing: Verify that raw material test results are available and meet specifications prior to production.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of experiments, formulations, and processes, and prepare reports for management review.
- Innovation: Stay updated on industry advancements and emerging technologies in dairy processing and product development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Dairy Science, or a related field
- Proven experience in R&D within the food or dairy industry (3+ years preferred).
- Strong understanding of dairy processing techniques and product formulation.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and quality assurance processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proficient in using laboratory equipment and software for data analysis.
