Job Description
- Assist with day-to-day financial operations
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and timely.
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and receipts.
- Assist with bank errands and maintain an effective filing system
- Support GST, CPF and IRAS submissions
- Providing ad hoc support to the Accounts / Office Manager
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in a similar role. Experience in accounting duties for law firm will be an added advantage
- Experience in using Xero accounting software
- Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
