Key Responsibilities:
- Optimize Advanced DLP Solutions: Maintain and fine-tune state-of-the-art DLP solutions for a large-scale organization.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with various stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and manage an integrated reporting dashboard.
- Policy Development and Implementation: Create, review, and finalize DLP policies and rules in partnership with stakeholders.
- Technical Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive technical design documentation, configuration documents, and build guides.
- Environment Assessment: Evaluate customer environments and validate prerequisites before implementation.
- Testing and Configuration: Develop, configure, and test DLP policies and rules to ensure effectiveness and compliance.
- Lead Testing Phases: Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and pilot testing phases, addressing any issues and ensuring validation success.
- On-Site Support: Provide on-site support for issue troubleshooting and resolution.
- Change Management: Execute change requests to effectively remediate issues.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Expertise: Demonstrated expertise and a deep understanding of DLP solutions.
- Experience: Minimum 3 year of experience in information and cybersecurity or a similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MSSQL administration and experience crafting and running SQL queries.
- Additional Skills: Familiarity with DLP technologies and other cybersecurity solutions is a plus. Experience with Windows tools, administration, and IIS is advantageous.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to interact and engage with customers and various stakeholders.
- Independence and Teamwork: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaborate effectively within a team.
