• Involve in the project or maintenance services related to General Security Systems, Alarms Systems, CCTV Systems, Access control systems and Server & Network infrastructure whenever required
• Perform Installation, Implementation, Configuration and testing of system/storage equipment & setup
• Troubleshoot problems encountered on site
• Develop implementation plan, migration plan and acceptance test plan for the project.
• Conduct acceptance tests with users and address the testing findings/issues
• Work closely with Project/Maintenance Managers in planning the implementation tasks
• Maintain an accurate and consistent set of work instructions service delivery processes.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/Nitec, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic/Information Technology) or equivalent

• Knowledge of networking and IP/TCP protocol
