Job Responsibilities:
- Preparation of legal conveyancing documents
- Able to handle e-lodgement/e-stamping/STARS searches/litigation searches
- Opening and closing of files
- Handle full range of bank redemption and discharge
- Other administrative or secretarial duties
Requirements:
- Minimum an ‘O’ level or Diploma in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in conveyancing work.
- Candidates with the relevant skillset may be considered.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good working attitude and team player.
- Able to work effectively in fast-paced environments.
