Job Description:

• Assist in endoscopy and surigcal procedures (minor/major surgery).
• Answering telephone queries on patients' appointments, medical conditions, Medisave/Medishield refunds and billing issues etc.
• Perform wound dressings on patients.
• Maintaining clinic inventory (nursing consumables and medicine)
• Manage and organise clinic, schedule and billing.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Nitec or Diploma in Nursing or equivalent.
• Energetic, warm personality with a can-do attitude, willing to learn on the job and can work with a close team of colleagues.
• Work can be fast-paced and can have long hours with good remuneration.
• Good communication skills and a dedicated service attitude are a must.
• Microsoft Office and computer skills preferred.

• Be a safety advocate for the business unit and encourage a safe working environment.
• Review and provide guidance on security measures and controls for various processes.
• Support the Head of Department in creating and maintaining an Integrated Assurance Framework (IAF) for the business unit and develop performance dashboards.
• Undertake other risk management or audit projects as required.
