Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Shareholder cum Director with a strong background in project management and construction industry expertise. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the company's operations, driving business growth, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the company's strategic plans and objectives
- Oversee the management of construction projects, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and quality standards
- Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners to drive business growth and opportunities
- Provide leadership and guidance to the project management team, ensuring effective project delivery and resource allocation
- Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Collaborate with the board of directors to make strategic decisions and drive business growth
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide high-performing teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to drive business growth and opportunities
- Masters degree in management, engineering, or architecture will be preferred
Investment Requirement:
The successful candidate will be required to invest a minimum of 50% shareholding in the company.
