To Support Operations of Salvaging of distressed vessels and cargos
To Oversee stuffing and unstuffing of containers
To Support a team of Technicians / logistics / cargo, utilizing available resource across operations, meeting planned performance and agreed service standards within budget and ensuring customers are provided with a high quality cost efficient service.
This includes planning, organizing, and supervising operations and service delivery to produce the desired outcome of a high-quality product or service that satisfies customer demands.
Assist HR with recruiting when necessary.
Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree Mandatory
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant Salvaging of distressed vessels and cargos experience
Excellent business acumen, motivated team player and action-oriented
excellent analytical, reporting, and presentation skills
Outstanding executive-level verbal and written communication skills
Passion for solving complex problems and building scalable processes
Comfort working in a high-growth, constantly changing environment
Experience in prioritization of deliverables and tasks, taking ownership, leading data-driven analyses, and influencing results
Experience in people management, including developing a team
