We are currently seeking a Finance Executive who possesses the necessary skills and background to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are interested in gaining experience in accounts and contributing to the establishment of a workflow system.

Reporting to the Manager, Finance & Administration:

A day in the life:

• Responsible for recording daily customers payments by various payment modes in the SAP.
• Responsible for reconciliation vendor payments by breakdown level.
• Reply and advise the internal and external stakeholder’ inquiries.
• Perform other finance and admin -related tasks as assigned by the Finance Manager or Senior Executive.

What you need:

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting/Business Administration or similar discipline.
• At least 5 year of relevant work experience in finance or accounting
• Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Able to use SAP B1 is a plus.

Reporting to the Head of Motor:

A day in the life:

· Prepare and review monthly Motorbike Renewal Listing

· Follow up for renewals due for the direct customers portfolio

· Ensure data accuracies for daily applications submitted, including follow-up for cases with premium discrepancies.

· Responsible for Endorsements processing and billing

· Handle enquiries, quotations and other requests relating to Motor insurance for our clients and partners promptly

· Provide administrative support such as generating reports to Insurers for policies discrepancies and outstanding issuances.

· Handle incoming calls relating to Motor insurance for our clients and partners promptly

· Provide assistance on ad-hoc duties assigned where necessary

What you need:

· Minimum Diploma

· Preferably with Certification in General Insurance (CGI) and 2 years of insurance working experience

· Ability to multi-task in a team environment while able to work independently

· Customer-oriented, positive thinking and proactive attitude, willing to learn

· Meticulous, organized and possess initiative

· Team player

· Proficient in MS Office applications

Reporting to the Assistant Manager, Foreign Worker Department, the successful candidate will be part of a team of specialists in Foreign Worker insurance, namely Bond, and Medical.

A day in the life:

• Manage client’s enquiries and provide insurance advice on quotations, renewals and other request
• Liaising with clients and insurers on policies renewal & new business placement
• Attend to walk-in customers
• Preparation of documents relating to transacted business
• Cleaning up existing renewal member listing provided client and/or clientele database
• Doing Premium & Benefits Comparison to keep abreast of market trends
• Be involved in ad-hoc projects to improve the business processes through the ulitization of technology
• Carry our any other duties as assigned and required
• Assist with claims

What you need:

• At least a Diploma
• BCP, PGI, ComGI certifications are required. HI certification a plus
• Minimum 2 years of insurance experience
• Strong service orientation, positive thinking and proactive attitude
• Ability to multi-task in a team environment while able to work independently
• Must be a team player and be able to work together in a team
