We are looking for someone who has an outgoing personality and has an eye for detail to join our team. As part of the sales team, your role is to attend to customers’ requirements from sales enquiry till order delivery. The office environment is casual but it is fast paced and dynamic.

What a typical work day looks like
- Attend to online, telephone and in-person enquiries
- Make suitable product recommendations to customers
- Prepare quotations and sales proposals
- Coordinate with designers to prepare artwork for customers’ approval
- Coordinate production and delivery schedules
- Follow up with customers and provide after-sales support
- Manage e-commerce platforms enquires & orders (eg. Shopee, Carousell)
- Work with designers to develop marketing materials
- Indoor role. Not required to travel to customers’ premises
Must-have:
- Enjoy talking to people
- Good communication & inter-personal skills
- Fluent in spoken & written English
- “O” levels or equivalent
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Meticulous, independent, efficient and pro-active
- Team player with the ability to work independently
Good-to-Have:
- 1-2 years sales or marketing experience
- Knowledge of social media marketing & managing online marketplaces (eg. Shopee / Lazada)
- Experience with graphic software (eg. Photoshop / Illustrator)
Working Hours:
- 5-day week (Monday – Friday)
- 8:00am – 5:30pm
- Work-life balance. No overtime required.
- Ad-hoc reply to messages on social media / ecommerce accounts outside regular hours.
