Key Responsibilities:

1. Delivery Operations:Perform timely and accurate deliveries of goods to designated locations, including warehouses and airline cargo complexes.
   Ensure proper handling and documentation of delivered items.
   Maintain a clean and safe driving record, adhering to all traffic rules and regulations.
   Communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders during deliveries.
   
2. Warehouse & Store Support:Assist the store supervisor in receiving goods, verifying delivery documents, and ensuring items are accounted for.
   Perform stock inventory checks to maintain accurate records.
   Issue goods to the manufacturing team as required for ongoing projects.
   Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the store and warehouse areas.
   
3. Team Collaboration:Work collaboratively with the logistics, sales, and project teams to ensure smooth operations.
   Assist in identifying and resolving any discrepancies in inventory or delivery processes.
   
4. Safety & Diligence:Follow all safety protocols and guidelines during deliveries and warehouse operations.
   Handle goods with care, especially fragile or high-value items.
   

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum secondary school education or NTC 3 or equivalent.
• Experience:Previous experience in delivery and/or warehouse operations is preferred.
  Familiarity with warehouse and airline cargo complex procedures is an advantage.
  
• Skills:Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  Physically fit to handle goods and perform delivery tasks.
  Team-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude.
  
• Other:Ability to work independently and meet tight schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Networking Setup & Maintenance:Install, configure, and troubleshoot network systems, including routers, switches, and wireless access points.
   Ensure secure and optimized network performance for project needs.
   Conduct cabling and structured wiring as required.
   Setting up of wireless network protocols, network access control etc
2. LCD Panel Installation:Mount and configure LCD displays for various project applications.
   Connect and test panels to ensure proper functionality and resolution.
   Troubleshoot display issues and coordinate repairs if necessary.
   Panel monitors for retail, F&B and service application.
3. Windows Operating Systems Support:Perform basic setup and troubleshooting of Windows-based PCs and devices.
   Install software and updates to support project needs.
   Resolve hardware and software compatibility issues.
   Setting up of PC hardware, embedded controller. Training will be provided.
4. IoT Sensor Setup:Install, configure, and test IoT sensors and devices.
   Verify sensor data communication and integration with systems.
   Provide basic maintenance and troubleshooting for IoT hardware.
   
5. Documentation & Reporting:Maintain accurate records of installations, configurations, and troubleshooting processes.
   Provide technical support and reports to the project team.
   
6. Collaboration & Safety:Work closely with project managers and engineers to meet project timelines.
   Adhere to workplace safety standards and guidelines during all installations and operations.
   

Requirements:

• Education: Diploma, NTC or Higher Nitec or equivalent in Electronics, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience:1–2 years of experience in a technical role involving networking, hardware installation, or IoT devices (entry-level candidates with relevant skills will be considered).
  
• Skills:Proficiency in networking concepts and troubleshooting.
  Knowledge of LCD installation and display technologies.
  Basic understanding of Windows operating systems and associated hardware.
  Familiarity with IoT sensors and their integration into systems.
  Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  
• Other:Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  Willingness to travel to project sites.
• Valid driving license can handle drive company van.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA A+, or similar are an advantage.
• Experience with IoT platforms or programming for sensor integration.

Collaborate closely with the AI and digital solutions team to effectively market, promote, and sell innovative solutions to clients within the hospitality, retail, and service sectors.

Demonstrate a proactive approach to acquiring new customer accounts, driving revenue growth, and engaging existing customers to enhance customer retention and increase ARR.

Showcase a track record of successfully closing deals with clients seeking AI and digital solutions and/or in the hospitality, retail, and service industries

Driven towards sourcing and qualifying new leads (e.g. from own network, marketing events, seminars, exhibitions) and build up a healthy sales pipeline. Proficient in monitoring and optimizing conversions at each stage of the sales process.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to establish rapport with clients who communicate in other local languages.

Conduct client visits, deliver compelling product demonstrations, pitch solutions effectively, and adeptly prepare business proposals and quotations tailored to potential clients' needs.

Possess active listening skills and empathy to understand and address client requirements effectively.

Demonstrate keen analytical capabilities to assist clients in identifying suitable use cases and aligning our AI and digital solutions with their specific needs.

Familiarity with utilizing LinkedIn or other relevant social media platforms for promoting our solutions is an added advantage.
