Description

• Provide direction to the hospital on major development of technological solutions advancement
• Develop a technology roadmap to align to the organisation’s overall strategy and growth plans
• Influence strategic decisions on future business initiatives related to technology
• Provide leadership in identifying, assessing and managing technology needs within an organization
• Provide leadership in the design and development of major technology solutions
• Oversee the integration and implementation of all solutions to ensure smooth and efficient flow of information within the organization
• Set objectives for IT investments, projects, services and activities to meet the current and future hospital needs
• Build and manage strategic relationship and alliances with stakeholders to achieve the hospital’s technological vision
• Provide mentorship to the team and develop their capabilities to meet the IT needs of the organisation

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent
• Possess at least 8 years of relevant working experience
• Demonstrate strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
