The Retail Executive ensures smooth operations on a daily basis including but not limited to upholding the showroom’s impeccable appearance, delivering exceptional customer services and assisting the Retail Manager in a wider range of tasks to enhance the overall functions of the retail space.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in luxury retail or customer service is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
Skills and Competencies:
- Product Knowledge: The company will offer WSET wine courses if the candidate does not hold any qualifications yet.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers and team members.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing work environments and customer needs.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure the showroom and lounges are always clean and well-maintained.
