About the Role:
We are seeking a strong understanding of Singaporean tax laws and accounting principles, with a focus on investment fund operations. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Investment Fund Accounting:
· Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records for investment funds, including tracking investments, calculating returns, and preparing financial statements.
· Preparing and filing tax returns for investment funds, including corporate income tax returns, withholding tax returns, and other relevant filings.
· Advising on tax implications of investment decisions and fund structures.
· Monitoring and ensuring compliance with relevant tax regulations and guidelines.
Corporate Tax Compliance:
· Preparing and filing corporate tax returns for various entities within the organization.
· Advising on corporate tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities while ensuring compliance.
· Staying abreast of changes in tax laws and regulations in Singapore.
General Accounting for Secretarial Firm: -
· Prepare financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement)
· Manage bookkeeping tasks (journal entries, reconciliations)
· Prepare and file tax returns (corporate, individual)
· Advise clients on tax planning and compliance.
· Provide financial analysis and reporting.
· Assisting with budget preparation and financial forecasting.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong understanding of Singaporean tax laws and regulations.
- Experience in fund accounting and tax compliance.
- Proficiency in accounting software and tools (Million & Zoho CRM)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, ACCA or a related field.
