Position: General Manager (Secretarial firm and accounting related)

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage a team, build client relationships, oversee financial reporting, and drive business development.

1. Focus on Leadership & Management:

· Oversee all aspects of accounting and secretarial operations. This includes managing a team, delegating tasks, and ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the department.

· Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.

· Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and corporate governance requirements.

· Supervise the preparation of financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

· Manage client relationships, build strong client relationships, and provide high-quality service.

· Lead business development efforts, identify new business opportunities, and expand the client base.

· Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of accounting and secretarial staff.

2. Accounting & Finance Responsibilities:

· Prepare and review financial reports for clients.

· Provide financial and tax advice to clients.

· Assist clients with company incorporation, statutory filings, and other corporate secretarial matters.

3. Business Development & Client Relations:

· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

4. Team Management:

· Lead, motivate, and mentor the accounting and secretarial team.

Required Skills & Experience:

About the Role:

Investment Fund Accounting:

· Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records for investment funds, including tracking investments, calculating returns, and preparing financial statements.

· Preparing and filing tax returns for investment funds, including corporate income tax returns, withholding tax returns, and other relevant filings.

· Advising on tax implications of investment decisions and fund structures.

· Monitoring and ensuring compliance with relevant tax regulations and guidelines.

Corporate Tax Compliance:

· Preparing and filing corporate tax returns for various entities within the organization.

General Accounting for Secretarial Firm: -

· Prepare financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement)

· Manage bookkeeping tasks (journal entries, reconciliations)

· Prepare and file tax returns (corporate, individual)

· Advise clients on tax planning and compliance.

· Provide financial analysis and reporting.

· Assisting with budget preparation and financial forecasting.

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support our Directors in managing their daily tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of their office. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Calendar Management: Manage the Director's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.

• Expense & Receipt keeping: Process and reconcile the Director's expenses.

• Office Administration: Handle general office tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and scanning.

• Coordination: Assist with various works as needed.

• Communication: Respond to emails, phone calls, and other correspondence on behalf of the Director.

Working hours:

Forty (40) hours weekly, scheduled by the director. For some weeks, working on Saturdays may be necessary per business needs, and if so, the working hours on weekdays that week will be reduced to meet the 40-hour limit.

Job Summary:
