About the Role:
As a Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of Annexion Partners. This is an opportunity for an experienced recruitment professional with leadership aspirations to step up and take charge of building and managing a high-performing team. You will lead from the front, inspiring your team while driving your own revenue and developing market-leading client and candidate relationships.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leadership & Team Development: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of consultants to achieve individual and team performance targets.
- Business Growth: Build and maintain a portfolio of revenue-generating client accounts, identifying new opportunities to expand Annexion’s footprint across the Built Environment sector.
- Market Expertise: Establish yourself and your team as trusted advisors within your specialist area by staying ahead of industry trends and delivering exceptional service to clients and candidates.
- Revenue Generation: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and selecting candidates to closing placements, ensuring an exceptional experience for all stakeholders.
- Strategic Input: Contribute to Annexion’s growth strategy by identifying market gaps, challenging constraints, and driving initiatives to improve processes and performance.
- International Collaboration: Develop deeper relationships with clients and candidates globally through face-to-face meetings and travel opportunities.
