THE ROLE
We are growing the team and are looking for junior to midweight Motion Designers (3D / Compositing) to join us in crafting our next live entertainment productions. You will be working with a seasoned team of creatives and technologists that has chartered many ground-breaking shows and events. The team draws from our collective background in motion graphic design, video production and technology to create compelling multimedia experiences. You will be working with directors, choreographers, designers and technicians to ensure synergy between the environment, content and technology used. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop concepts, design and produce content for space-specific environments.
- Have a strong understanding of the principles of good design, motion and animation.
- Adaptable and able to synthesise conceptual ideas and crafting them into tangible visual treatments.
- Proficient in communicating tone, emotions and mood through motion.
- Responsible for the delivery of projects in respect with schedules and deadlines.
- Have deep knowledge through the entire post-production workflow.
- Provide keen advice from a motion graphics / compositing standpoint to other creative disciplines and project stakeholders.
- Keep up with latest visual and stylistic trends.
REQUIREMENTS
- Have 1-5 years of professional experience in post-production, interactive media/installations or the live entertainment industry.
- Proficient with tools for content creation (2D animation, compositing, graphic design, editing), as well as 3D creation softwares and renderers.
- Passion for live shows and entertainment.
- High level attention to details.
- Strong communicator, with the ability to work nimbly under pressure in a deadline-oriented environment.
- Resourceful, self-motivated and self-directed.
- Able to work well in a team environment, as well as independently with professional discretion.
- Self-directed, team player and reliable.
