• Working Hours: 5 working days (Mon to Fri, 9 AM – 6 PM)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $5,200 + AWS + Variable Bonus + Transport Allowance
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture relationships with key clients in the road construction sector.
• Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring the client’s digital marketing needs are met and exceeded to drive long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
• Oversee the company’s website, ensuring it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for SEO.
• Regularly update content, manage web performance, and coordinate with web developers and designers to implement improvements as needed.
• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies tailored to the construction industry, including content marketing, SEO, paid advertising (PPC, Google Ads), email marketing, and social media management.
• Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and work with the technical team to implement SEO, CRO, and UX/UI enhancements.
• Ensure seamless integration with CRM systems for managing client data and tracking the progress of leads through the sales funnel.

• Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, website management, and client servicing, preferably in the B2B or construction industry.
• Proven experience in website management, including content updates, SEO, and performance optimization.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC advertising, and content marketing strategies for lead generation and brand visibility.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, and WordPress.
• Ownership of a class 3 driving license is required.
