• Working Location: Tuas South (Transport provided from JE/ Pioneer MRT)
• Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon – Fri, 8 am – 5.30 pm; Sat, 8 am – 1 pm)
• Salary Package: Basic + Transport allowance + Accommodation Allowance + OT + Bonus
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct chemical blending to meet customer specifications.
• Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the warehouse and blending facilities.
• Support the sales team with pumping services, technical assistance, and tracking delivery orders and schedules.
• Comply with safety protocols, standard operating procedures, and quality standards.
• Oversee raw materials, packaging, and the production of various chemicals based on customer needs.
• Label and prepare packaging for outgoing customer deliveries.

• Salary Package: Basic salary up to $6,200 + AWS + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage production schedules to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Monitor workflows and collaborate with the CSR team to adjust schedules based on delays or changing demands.
• Lead and supervise production teams, including hiring, training, and evaluating performance.
• Promote teamwork and a positive work environment while addressing any staff-related concerns.
• Ensure production processes meet quality standards and regulations.
• Implement and maintain quality control measures to uphold product standards.
• Identify and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency and minimize waste.
• Analyze production data, prepare reports, and develop KPIs to improve productivity and output.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure the production area complies with safety rules.
• Conduct regular safety audits and quickly address any compliance issues.
• Work with departments such as Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality Assurance, and Warehouse to ensure smooth production operations.
• Communicate production updates and any issues to senior management and other important stakeholders.
