Manage day-to-day Admin, HR ,and Finance operations
Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions
Review quarterly GST submission
Perform monthly payroll
Preparation of year-end closing for ACRA filing and ECI submission
Administer and adhere to the company's financial processes and controls
Liaise with bankers & respective government bodies/ agencies
Liaise with accounts compilation agent and tax agent on accounting and tax matters
Perform other ad hoc duties required
Requirements
Minimum Diploma holder or relevant qualifications
2-5 years of relevant experience
Well-versed with the Employment Act
Good interpersonal & communication skills
Strong initiative and meticulous
Excellent communication, administration, coordination, and application skills
Knowledge of GST compliance
Knowledge of FREIGHT MASTER accounting system (AR, AP, and GL modules)
